Five RBI Day For Andrew Cheatham Spells Out Victory For Powhatan Powhatan High School JV Over Fluvanna JV

Andrew Cheatham wasted no opportunities at the plate on Thursday, driving in five on two hits to lead Powhatan High School JV past Fluvanna JV 11-3 on Thursday. Cheatham drove in runs on a groundout in the first, a single in the third, and a double in the sixth.

Fluvanna JV got things moving in the first inning, when Dieter singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run.

Powhatan High School JV knotted the game up at one in the bottom of the first inning, when Cheatham grounded out, scoring one run.

Powhatan High School JV pulled away for good with four runs in the third inning. In the third Josh Boelt doubled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run, Cheatham singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run, Carl Hess doubled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run, and Zach Karanian singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.
